If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your new website and we are not able to resolve your concerns, we will gladly refund you 50% of the invoiced amount. We hope this makes your decision a little easier.

There are many goals for any new website project, but perhaps the most important one is that it accomplishes what you want it to. The preparation we undergo before we start building your site gives us the information we need to effectively realize your organization’s goals. We’re confident our work will leave you satisfied, but you shouldn’t be stuck with the whole bill if you’re not.

What services are eligible?

Only new website design projects are eligible for this program. Such projects must be invoiced as one of our website packages. You are not required to purchase any additional services to be eligible for the refund; and if you do, only the custom website package will be covered.

What happens if I am not satisfied?

Once we deliver your new website to you, you will have 30 days to inform us of your dissatisfaction. You will be required to specify what pages, systems, or components have not matched your expectations. After receiving this notice, our team will work with you to resolve your concerns. If 30 additional days have passed and you still are not satisfied, we will refund you 50% of the total invoiced amount for your website upon request.

Is there a limit to the number of claims?

Only two claims of dissatisfaction can be filed by any single party per calendar year.

When must I inform you of my dissatisfaction?

After we deliver the completed website to you, you will have 30 days to inform us of your dissatisfaction. If you do not specify any areas of dissatisfaction with your new website within these 30 days, you will not be able to file a claim.

How much money do I get back?

If we are not able to rectify your concerns with your new website, we will refund you 50% of the invoiced amount for the project. This amount will be based on the invoiced total for the custom website package after any discounts were applied and before any taxes.

What happens to the website if I accept a refund?

Once you accept a refund, you relinquish all rights to continue to use the website and content provided to you by Design By Bay.
