In most cases, our technicians are able to migrate your entire organization’s mailboxes without losing any emails. We are also able to maintain folder hierarchy and migrate draft/unsent emails. Notes, calendar entries, and other miscellaneous items that may be associated with your current email account are often nontransferable.

Before we switch you over to the new system, our team will be able to tell you exactly what can and cannot be transferred for your accounts. Additionally, we offer you and your team the opportunity to examine your new accounts before we go live to make sure we haven’t missed anything.

No, our team will manage these accounts for you. Once you make a decision, we will begin creating your new accounts and copying your emails over. Your account manager will provide you with all the information you need to access your new accounts, and also provide support to ensure you can access the account across apps and devices.

Once your accounts are setup, our team will forward you the information you need to be able to access them. The links below are the default access URLs for both Google and Microsoft. Additionally, our team can set up a subdomain for your website (such as mail.yourdomain.com) that forwards visitors directly to the login page.

Since both Google and Microsoft offer free personal accounts, we recommend creating one with both companies and trying out the email software if you have never used it before. Both companies offer high-quality email service, so the choice between them often comes down to user preference or interest in the additional features each account can include.
